The Supreme court has made it *extremely* difficult to get anywhere with workplace discrimination suits. They are like, amongst the most difficult civil suits because of some of the SC decisions. But they do happen.

Unless you work in a highly unprofessional environment, I find it hard to believe that a White boss would be making such statements about an issue with strong racial undertones, even if it was in the privacy of an office. Either way, you should forget about it since what he said is his opinion and not exactly based on racist views; that, or, find a new place of employment as soon as possible.
