You need to put the headphones on to get 3D sound.
And no....it doesn't support the move controllers, only the DS4.
The game is amazing.

IMO, just be patient and wait until u cop a VR headset before u play the game. Don't ruin the experience for yourself by playing it on a flat 2d screen first

I've never played it on a regular TV but trust me, the definitive experience is on PSVR.
Nothing else will compare or even come close.
