At a site I support. I normally don't even create threads but this one irked me. I was walking out to the lobby area & see this Black woman getting screamed at by a cac. She's sitting on a couch & he's standing being aggressive talking down to her. 2 women were just kind watching so I slow down listening & I try to make eye contact with the Black woman because she looked scared. I stepped to this cac & interrupted the convo & asked if there was a problem. As soon as I did that his energy all of the sudden changed & he started speaking more calm. I said: I heard yelling & you were talking/acting pretty aggressive & wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem because you were very disrespectful. Cac started juelzing & copping pleas like he wasn't but I made sure I kept my foot on his neck & said he was & that she looked scared; hence why I stepped up. I told him there's no need for that & there's VP's & all kinds of professionals coming through there & I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate his behavior either. Dude sat down on the couch & started speaking normal using his cac 'indoor voice' & tried to apologize to me. I told him don't apologize to me apologize to her & he did. Sis is looking at me & said thank you & I told her I'd be back around to make sure she was ok.
10mins later she's still in the lobby with another coworker that works there but that cac is gone (The sis is some kind of consultant that works in the field not normally in the office). I asked if she was ok & she thanked me again. Her coworker said that cac had been acting up like that lately & that's her boss. She said she would go above his head to report him for that because he's been doing shyt like that for weeks (this woman is white BTW) Once the white woman left I gave the sis my name & number & told her if he tries to flip the script or tell a different story to contact me & I'll tell them how he was behaving towards her.
