rate JGL performance without spoiling it breh.
Both him and bruce were really good. It's one of those films that I instantly feel like I need to see again, there is a lot to take in. Storyline wasn't hard to follow at all, but there is some sort of moral message in there as well.

hows the special fx?
they were fine but there really weren't many special fx needed. The movie had that retro-scifi thing going on.

If you're expecting this to be an action-packed flick it isn't, its very much about the storytelling and the characters over anything else here.

I saw it tonight too

Its a really entertaining movie, really outside of Bruce Willis going superman in a few scenes, it was really good.

But I felt weird afterwards.

I really liked how they showed the "loop" before finishing up

Yep, it just ended in an unexpected, yet beautiful way :noah:

yeah, it ended the RIGHT way. I really liked that.

for a while it was hard to tell who was right and wrong, you know? but in the end you realize that both were probably right and that was the way it needed to end.

Yeah, there weren't any "good" characters, everyone had their own motivations. I had to sit front row, my neck hurts like a bytch, I'll prolly see it again. I think all the reviewers comparing it to twelve monkeys and terminator is really ridiculous though, it set my expectations sky fukking high, it delivered for sure but you can't ever achieve such expectations

I do have a few questions

They showed Bruce Willis's Joe closing his loop then moving to shanghai getting fukked up all the time and finding his wife, then why did they have to send him back again to the other Joe? If joe would have killed Bruce, would they have had to send that Joe back to another Joe to kill once he got old as well, it just seems like its not even possible to close the loop if there is just an infinite amount of joes?

thats the loop. Thats why I said in my post it was cool that they showed the loop going through. Levitt's Joe killed Old Joe and then lived his life.Only for time to be up and he had to do it again. Maybe its me, but I thought we saw 3 loops?
