Classicism was always occurring and always will occur. people with money and power abusing those with less of it.
Racism is a white thing and its a product of RICH whites trying to keep POOR whites from continually joining forces with enslaved blacks or newly freed blacks. This did happen. the 99% was joining forces and going at the 1%. upper crust whites wasnt having it. So they told the broke whites.. hey those blacks and everyone else that doesnt look like you or i are less than we are in every facet of life. We are brothers, THEY are animals. If you just work hard you can achieve what i have achieved. But those animals will never achieve anything, they dont have the mental capacity to do so. Which is why Fox news pushes fear and repubs push black hate(use to be dems way back in the day). because they can confuse the broke whites that are currently down on their luck and looking for a scapegoat. when the reality is rich white people are the ones doing poor/middle class white people, dirty. not blacks. So this tactic is not new.
But with that said. Thats where the classicism stops to some degree. Because these racist POOR whites and obviously the racist rich whites that actually did think of blacks and others as less than. only deal on the level of race when it comes to BLACK PEOPLE. So talking about class is a convo for rich whites to have with less rich whites, not whites vs blacks. first things first with us. Its a RACE issue. pure and simple.
I cant take full responsibility of my actions if my actions are the result of PTSD like symptoms from slavery, colonization, racism, apartheid, jim crow and now current day racism.
Here's the difference between a black person's PTSD and a soldiers. a soldier in 2014 CHOSE to go to war because he/she chose to sign up. I didnt CHOOSE to be born black in america or in this world of WHITE SUPREMACY. but i was. SO now what? Now i have to endure and deal with a constant WAR on myself and people that look just like me. I have seen the videos, pictures, read the books, listened to the audio of my people being at war with white people in america and abroad for centuries while all we were asking for is to be treated like human beings.
That alone is enough stress to make anyone LOSE IT. And when people lose it, no telling what might happen. Maybe i will have 9 kids by 9 different mamas cause I dont care at this point. i have nothing to live for but to endure more war on black people.
a sista might have 8 kids by 8 different dudes. WHy? because she may have said EFF IT, i dont have anything to live for but to see black men including my father be treated like animals no matter what they do. while she is also torn down and treated like crap as well.
