Rush Hour so people trying to get to where they’re going. They was walking behind a cop talking loud with the phone out…Then they made a b line past me screaming there go such and such. Next thing I know they take off running and the nikka they seemingly was after started running and they ran across the street. The guy they wanted was athletic enough so they didn’t catch em but had they done so I was trying to figure out what was going to happen. Was the nikka who was filming going to swing with his off hand to contribute or was he going to station the phone on the floor to record and help his mans? :what: I stayed back because they way they was chasing I thought nikkax might have the hammer
