I commend you for going back to school, but I'm not gon lie to you. Those business administration courses are basically common knowledge, especially the intro ones.

What are you thinking about majoring in?
economics

i can't lie the course does look basic :patrice:

i might drop it and just focus on economics :jbhmm:

Hmm are you going to be at a community college? I have an associates in business administration and besides for the accounting and math classes I had to take, everything else was basically useless and common knowledge.

Economics is good.

You definitely don't have to. Especially if you have years of work experience in certain fields. That looks better on a resume than simply just going to school.

Maybe try to get into a field or try something online where you can make your own income though small and slowly grow it.

A lot of people go back to college years after the fact because they think it's the only option. It definitely is not. I wish I would have gotten certs and just got in the tech field right out of high school.

Would be making big bucks and wouldn't have wasted time and money at college. And if I wanted the college experience, I could have just went to a random University, sit in on a big lecture class, fraternize with female students, go to parties etc without actually going to the school lol.

You definitely don't need to go to school just to soak up knowledge. The amount of knowledge you can amass on your own is more than tenfold what you'll learn in school especially at community college. The pace is pretty slow, and you are reading what a few chapters a week?

You are better off getting a cheap old textbook and using the internet. Beginner courses don't teach you anything outside of a few technical terms.

If you decide to go, dont do online. Being in class is good motivation to keep with it. Its hard to study on your own.

Forget about business courses, even accounting woulda been a better choice
Just study micro, macro, finance, and onward

And if you haven't already started, I'd suggest you to begin studying math

Good luck
