I woke up early to start cleaning 04:00 it’s now 06:30, I am thinking of hiring a cleaner but shook it could lead to some funny business. Any brehs have experiences with hiring cleaners to clean your house?
Just spent two hours cleaning( thinking of getting a cleaner)

Yes I have a cleaner come in once a month for a deep clean

Two hours isn't so bad. The person you hire would probably take much longer doing the same amount of work. Cheaper to do it yourself
Had some Eastern Europeans ladies come in every two weeks and scrub my house down. Never had any problems. They wash clothes, linens, scrub floors, dust, wash dishes, dump trash, water plants, make beds...all that. Nothing taken.
Friend of mine does it for $200/month and they say its well worth it. But they've got 2 kids

Do you hang around while they are cleaning or just leave them to get on with it? I would be panicking unless I was watching them.

I do but on a Saturday morning it just feels like a waste when I could have a lie in and then chill for the day.

Everybody on the Coli got maids now, ok.
It’s not even like that, they are not that expensive.
I book 3 hours
If it’s during the day I get my younger bro to supervise to make sure they don’t cut corners
If it’s in the evening I stay myself but keep out of their way
I have nothing much of value in my house apart from a piano so I’m not so worried about thieving
More just making sure they do a thorough job
