Do you hang around while they are cleaning or just leave them to get on with it? I would be panicking unless I was watching them.

They have keys. Unless it's a weekend, I'm usually gone to the office by the time they get there. Sometimes I'm in the middle of leaving when they are cleaning. They just wait to do things until I'm done and out the way.
