Experiementing with oral minoxidil and microneedling. I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about combining the two. I'm tired of being bald brehs. I'm tired of wearing baseball caps. I'm tired of putting hair fibers on my head.

Its decent. No sweets or highly processed food. I recently started eating green leafy veggies with every meal. No red meat. Mostly chicken, rice, sweet potstos
