i'm on the first 5 episodes, it's slow, boring, very little action, and the acting has been horrendous - the only reason I even got past the first 3 was because of all the hype I've read about it.
just keep with it and be patient, the show really picks up the pace in season 2, youll love it

appreciate the hint, cuz I'm in the first season and it just looks like crap - but I'll eek through season 1 and renew my excitement for season 2.
dont bother after the first season breh its all downhill from there

I remember thinking the first ep was just aite, largely because I was sort of confused. It really throws you into the deep end of the pool right away. But after a couple episodes it becomes amazing. Hell, when I rewatch the first ep in hindsight it's very good.
It's a way slower show than Breaking Bad for instance, so I can see why some people get turned off. But anyone else notice that some people be hating on it because of the subject matter/race involved? I've heard white (and black) people who love The Sopranos and Breaking Bad say with a straight face "dunno if I can watch drug dealers portrayed like this. How can I identify with criminals?
Same cacs and nikkas who was cheering Walter White, Tony Soprano, etc
