So many people need this lesson. Was just thinking about the Marissa Alexander case. I'm sure she thought she was doing it when she volunteered to the officers she only fired a warning shot.
If she had spoke to counsel she would have known that is just as illegal.
nikkas, when you are apprehended, just stfu, and get your story straight. STOP trying to talk your way out of cuffs or the back seat!
Once the arrest is initiated...You're going to jail...so there's no use telling anything. Just sit there and wait til after processing for your phone calls. Tell the police NOTHING!!!
The only person I've seen talk themselves from cuffs was an informant.
