That's how it usually goes with evictions. The bank or landlord lets them know in advance that they a set amount of days to leave the premise or their sh1t is getting tossed and they are locked out of the crib. Cold world but you have to pay your obligations or else .

Not paying your rent creates the very financial burden you are speaking about on the homeowner first. Eviction is the life lesson for the person freeloading. The gofundme and begging youre dismissive of should be directed at the tenant and usually is. Empathy starts with staying in someone else’s home for free and not caring about the hardship you are causing them. Can’t expect it in return when they get you out the home. The rabbit with the gun is the landlord, not renter.
