Who you think is in more of a hurry to get this matter settled, 50 or Lastonia? I mean they are the ones complaining to the judge about him stalling...now there's even more delay over some shyt that's easily refuted.

you're missing key points of the story

1. they are asking them to investigate how much he made AFTER the trial started... not any of the statements he made about his current situation. they are basically saying he's out here making money and not reporting all of it.. not that he had more money than he said he did on the stand

2. he's already made deals with a few creditors he owes.. so in a sense.. he's already had them reduced.. he's just waiting out the two big ones.. but bankrupcy means ALL creditors.. so don't just focus on those two



but yes... he's stupid for this.. i just don't think he'll end up going to jail

he'll either be told he's not bankrupt.. which really means nothing since he owed them anyway

or he'll be told he is... in which he gets out of it



that was his entire reasoning for doing this... get it reduced or thrown out... him losing those cases is already set in stone

but he took an oath on stand, isn't that perjury? he lied about being bankrupt, plus him posting pics on IG with cash doesn't help. commiting perjury has it's penalties.

50 has got to be one of the biggest dummies out there. Either way it's a huge L:

1) He's so insecure cuz everybody knows he's broke that he has to floss with fake money on the gram.

2) He's not broke and is flossin with real $ on the gram and mocking the Feds as he lied to them under oath.

I hope for his sake it's #1, cuz otherwise they are going to absolutely destroy him and imprison him.

he NEVER said he has no money... in fact i believe he says he has a few million... over 10... but he OWES 30 something... that makes you bankrupt aka being worth much less than you owe... doesn't matter if you have 150 million, if you owe people 300 million, you are bankrupt.. it does not mean you have ZERO dollars


now if he said this on oct 22nd (making up a date) and got paid 500k for a show on dec 1... then he didn't lie about what money he had on oct 22


all this shyt is very hard to prove... which is why the scope of this investigation is simply "we think he is currently lying about how much he's getting paid NOW"

they saying he's reporting he's making 100k a show.. but really getting 500k a show..





it's convoluted... but that's the law.. you gotta be overly specific and you gotta be able to PROVE it
