this is the number one thing i care about when it comes to a president's responsibilities and people not showing up to vote and allowing the republicans to control the senate means they can just run out the clock and not allow obama to appoint a replacement. so fukk you non voters who are basically republican voters in my eyes.

He re-wrote the Confrontation Clause.

He made statutory interpretation mean something again.

He redefined the Second Amendment.

He made the free exercise clause not apply to neutral laws of general application.

Love him or hate him, he's easily one of the most influential justices of all time.
