Nah Brandon Staley sucks as a head coach and was the worst thing to happen to the kid. That dude find ways to lose every week. Herbert on the Phins with Mcdaniels is running through the league

Like i said after the Dallas game, on paper upgrading the OC made sense but you can tell the entire operation just needs a hard reset after that playoff collapse. They lose every type of game - a shootout, a defensive struggle, OT, and both of their wins were like pulling teeth.
Herbert deserves his blame because that tier of QB is supposed to be the solution and guide your team to Ws through turbulence, but they just stink at so many things a good coaching staff would have buttoned up.
