Ryan Clark says Justin Herbert hasn’t won anything? That’s rich coming from a guy who’s biggest claim to fame was is riding shotgun on a defense that Troy Polamalu and James Harrison drove. Justin’s out here carrying a franchise — Ryan carries a microphone, Next question.”

Sorry if I’m late

People can have their opinion but I wish we stop using team stats to evaluate players.
Winning is a team stat. I’ve seen Herbert put up crazy numbers and still lose the game, because another unit underperformed. That goes for every team. Josh Allen’s defense has let him down countless times in the playoffs, that’s not on Josh. It’s never on one player.

What has Herbert won though? He's 0-2 in the playoffs :dahell:

People need to stop being so sensitive to criticism when it's valid. Saying Clark was riding shotgun on the Steelers defense doesn't even make sense. I guess anyone currently starting on the Chargers is also riding shotgun if they're not the star player on their side of the ball.

When a journalist says something it's invalid because they didn't play the game. A former player says something it's invalid if they weren't a first ballot HOF. Just say no comment or defend your guys without shytting on people for doing their job. Everyone can't kiss your ass.

Mainstream NFL media is becoming as bad as NBA media with the former players hating on everything. That used to be reserved for the local radio level media that thrived off negativity
At the same time I don't remember NFL staff and personnel being as sensitive as they are now. Damn near everybody in the league is T.O. level sensitive including coaches. It's getting annoying

On KRS One's nose, eating sunflower seeds.
The metrics used for Black QBs are now used for white QBs, everyone hates it now.

Justin HASN’T won anything. Not even close to anything. He’s fair game like everyone else!

One thing is this, white people protect their “own”, and only a select few of us protect “ours”. Everyone tip toes around criticizing white QBs, but are unapologetic when it comes to Black QBs.

Herbert is this era's Matt Stafford. Stafford's Y6 was 2014 (this is currently Y6 Herbert), and the hype in his early career was exactly what it is with Herbert.

Stafford never matched the enormous hype they gave him. Its too early to say Herbert won't.

But all I can say is I've seen this before 🤣

That said Herbert is playing great football right now.

It’s not even an NFL thing, it’s a full societal generational shift.

Ryan Clark such a bytch

And so are you. Taking the side of a white man talking down on a black man. A black man who always stands up for black people btw.

Herberts punk ass almost lost last week. The implosion should be coming soon
