I recently am abouts to cut off some people who were close to me. Reason being I just got a part time gig selling club memberships. So im like ok cool I'll do it til i find something better. I had some people in mind, people with jobs and people who I'm always trying to help, staying up late when I got class helping them with problems all types of shyt. So yesterday I ask them to join(it cost around 40 bucks) and they all hit me with the "im broke now i dont have it)
Mind you every single one of them has a job AND lives at home, so its not like they're living alone and struggling. One of them just had a month off of work while still getting paid. Atleast twice a week I ask her what she doing she telling me "buying shoes and clothes". Another one has a job and told me she couldnt do it either, but yet shes always telling me she'll pay for me to come chill with her.
Am I over reacting because Im stressed about having a rough start getting sales? Or should I really separate myself from people like this to benefit me in the long run
