Seeing racism ≠ the existence or non-existence of racism. Check twitter, Facebook, Youtube (especially) or any random forum to get a glimpse of what the everyday white person thinks of blacks. Blacks are racist too but the brand of racism and the potency of the racism is nothing like white racism. White institutional racism (which is obviously kept covert) will always be more effective that us calling white people 'cac' on a message board, or Chris Rock making a white joke or even a black high schooler beating up a white high schooler (the extent of most black racism). Whites have the numbers, the capital, the resources (control all major institutions from education to employment to the police force) and the influence (media).

The last generation fukked up by teaching their kids about racism from a white liberal point of view. Race IS an issue, you're just blind to it because this generation believes racism only comes in white sheets and with n words.
word..white folks look @ a dude like imma rob em or give em a disease:rudy:

I respect that. Maybe I'm blind to it because it doesn't come into play when I meet people, and I don't associate with people who let that shyt play openly.

I do believe it is on the decline though. We will never live in a colorless society, but hopefully we can learn to judge on personality, and appreciate culture and differences for what they are.
