Other communities don’t have this problem because they discourage single motherhood & hold both parties accountable while the media & our community has many of our men tryna hustle or not work because the govt needed to force us to support our own seeds & treats woman like heroes for choosing ain’t shyt nikkas to get a check from the govt. Nobody is actually being held accountable for this bum shyt so nobody respects each other. Either we gonna do different or be in da same shyt
I was a single father before I got married, my baby mom was in & out, only poppin up occasionally to threaten to take away my daughter until I fought & won full custody. I wasn’t out here on benefits calling myself a hero for choosing a deadbeat baby mom, I was ashamed & would tell anybody that would listen I was a dumb ass who thought wit my dikk & started my legacy with a woman who had no business carrying it. Because of this I bussed my ass studying at night & now work on Wall Street, am married to a PhD level marriage & family therapist who is a black queen while my baby mama is still in da hood & ain’t have custody of our daughter in 10 yrs
