How many times last couple decades have we "accidentally" copied something directly from the 80's/90's by "happen chance"?

This era more than any other has basically been copying older shyt.

So is Ice Cube, but there would be no excuse for some strumpet from L.A. shaking butt while reciting It Was A Good Day word for word, then going "whatyatalmbout? :dwillhuh: "
You think area codes had the same impact as cubes biggest hit? :dahell:

I get your larger point, but area codes isnt some hip hop historical staple that transcends generations

Aight, We Be Clubbing, You Know How We Do It, whatever.... ain't no way someone should be from a city and never heard one of it's biggest artist's big songs ever in life, or someone on the entire team letting them know what song they jacked.

Song came out 20 years ago and hes known more for movies than his music these days. STOP IT
wow, 20 whole years, not like us who were kids in the 90s didn't get exposed to hits from the 70s via our parents, mixes, and general transmission of black culture. imagine being raised outside of atlanta and not knowing one of the biggest hits from one of the biggest stars...stop making excuses for subpar music knowledge
