For someone that dont care, you sure do be in every kamala thread with multiple posts. Most people ignore the people and things they dont care about.

All she knows is the script.

I don't care who is clowning her. I agree.

Yeah you right. The daughter of two high ranking Brahmin Indian Diplomats that moved to the U.S to get her PHD at Berkeley and studied all around the world in the 60's for funsies is middle class.

Would you like to buy this off me while I'm talking to you:

:jbhmm:
you’re the one who attempted to draw a correlation between class and education.

there are people with phds who are working minimum wage jobs.

what are we doing here?

I don't think you quite understand what a PHD from Berkeley in the 70's meant.

I don't know why she bounces from rental to rental, I also don't know why she chooses not to buy a house.

But her profile reads as someone who had no long term plans to stay in the Bay Area and was looking for where she could be comfortable and grow roots. I'd imagine she made the choice not to buy a home to keep her employment options open. It was only a matter of finding a place where she felt like she could settle long term. Which just so happened to be in an elite Canadian Suburb lol.

This is a woman that traveled all over the world, moved to America from India to study at Berkeley and lived in multiple states in this country. Moving around with no intention of settling down long term was clearly a thing she did in her 20's.
I don't think you understand how a PhD translates to earnings. A PhD is highly educated and socially prestigious, but not always highly compensated. There are tons of factors that determine pay - what field is the PhD, how many years of experience do they have, location, etc. Majority fresh out of grad school are not making a lot of money. especially grad student scientific researchers. The money comes much later down the line in your career. Fresh out of grad school you probably won't be broke, but you're not strolling down to the Porsche dealership either. Adding in the fact that she was non-white and a woman means she was most likely paid even less than her peers. Now you divorced raising two kids. You're not poor or rich. You're doing ok. Literal definition of middle class.

And regular middle class people move for jobs all the time so this idea that her mom must be rich because she moved for another research job doesn't hold a lot of weight. Especially in academia.

And you also don't know Montreal if you assume everyone who went to school in Westmount was upper class. That was not the case at all

They agreed to ask only the questions approved by her team.

Softball bullshyt
Easy pandering:unimpressed:

The combination of ignorance and delusion, an issue only Dems have to worry about with their base. What do you mean soft ball questions this is how politics works :what:this isn’t the time or place for a Mike Wallace back and forth

Only Dems have to cater to a pool of potential constituents in a political arena, where the constituents are inherently A-political. A straight up trick bag. Like trying to bag a dyke.

Yall default setting is :unimpressed:. Pretending there’s a special elixir to win you over. It ain’t. Dems problem is even paying attention to the agnositc apolitical crowd at all. It’s just gonna be called pandering…. But then it’s ’damn yo where da tangibles’ when they ignore your goofy ass.

Breh I already told you that you're right. This lady

"After receiving her PhD, Gopalan stayed at UC Berkeley and became a breast cancer researcher. Her success in this field took her to universities around the world, where she continued conducting research and teaching. She worked at the University of Illinois and the University of Wisconsin, spent time in France and Italy, and then received tenure at McGill University in Montreal."

With the Brahmin Indian high ranking Diplomat parents was in the same social class as my 6th grade educated dock working Grandad with the sharecropping parents. Brahmin Indian high ranking diplomat parents, PHD in Berkeley, moved to the U.S and spent time in France and Italy.

Middle class:mjlol:

Nah. Her mom was traveling to France and Italy in the 60's like most middle class people.

Let's not forget those photos of Kamala in Jamaica and India. We all know that in the 60's and 70's travelling like that was definitely something middle class people were doing. :pachaha:
