How often when you are just walking down the street do you see women just break out in a spontaneous twerk?
I am not going to lie. I don't ever recall seeing that. So it is not part of any culture that I am aware of. Maybe drugged out prostitutes do it, but I have never seen a regular woman just going out tweaking in a blaze of glory.
