When was the Grammys ever "culturally relevant" to hip-hop, in the first place?

Somebody needs to sit Ye down and see where his head is. On the one hand he don't want white publications to comment on black music....on the other hand he's begging 60 year old white men to accept Future. I'm not even a fan of Future but if he "owned the clubs" last summer he don't need acceptance from the Grammys.
