Kanye vs. Pharrell: More influential?

Who would you say is more influential? And you can use whatever criteria you want but obviously I'm not talking about just spitting (i.e production, fashion).

kanye but pharrell is right up there ye just sticks it in every's face every damn 5 seconds. pharrell is more laid back with his work and let's the work speak for itself

it's kinda hard to compare their production because for a good portion of pharrell's career, he was apart of duo with chad and ye was ridin' "solo" for the most part aside from some tweaks here and there with a few producers over the years (mike dean, dj toomp, timbaland, jon brion etc)

it's ironic this thread got made because i'd been thinkin' bout this lately too. but i like pharrell's style of production more then ye's overall

when it's all said and done, pharrell's legacy will be right up there with ye's, it's just right now it appears that ye's bigger because he's more outspoken
but pharrell has been the understudy to teddy riley along with chad hugo
did the duo production team effort with chad; for a who's who of artist's too
did the group thing with n.e.r.d.
went solo and even did his own albums (nowhere near ye's obviously but still worth a mention)
produced for others solo
pharrell is up there

i want pharrell to crank out more produced albums by him for other artists

that shyt he produced for snoop on bush was GREAT! nikkas slept on that shyt too. i know i did, cause i didn't get around to listenin' to it MONTHS after it dropped and i was surprised at how great that shyt was

the shyt he produced for kendrick was great
the shyt he produced for rick ross a while back was nice too. on that mixtape
2 chainz song was nice

i'd like to see what he could produced for a nikka like big krit

it'd be cool to see what he could produced for dreezy too. if she stayed on some "close to you" type songs

Pharrell is pretty fukking influential but Kanye's influence (Music, Fashion, Art) made a greater impact.

As far a shoes go, I like a lot of what Ye does, I do like those Pharrell x Adidas Human Race joints a lil bit though

And as far as their style I guess I definitely go with Ye, his style around when he dropped 808s was great
