He’s still around those people though.

I don’t think he simply forgot. It’s a combination of things, but mainly, I think “them people” gave him an ultimatum. They’re not gonna let a MAJOR black music star get away with saying the president doesn’t care about black people. Hell, even the Dixie Chicks basically got blackballed for a min for criticizing Bush, and they’re country singing white girls.

Can you name one major black celebrity who had spoken up for black people and criticized white supremacy and continues to do so with their career intact?
