It didn't chart because its not supposed to.
The album is a Tidal exclusive at this point.
When it is generally released it will still likely go at least Gold.

I doubt it. The interest is diminishing. If People already heard it then it's worse than before. He was used as a test dummy to see if tidal having a project exclusively for more than a week would hurt an artist and/or help tidal gain and maintain paying subscribers.
