Comedian Katt Williams is being accused of another crime, just one day after his arrest on a battery charge in Georgia.
Attorney Loletha Hale claims Williams and nearly 15 members of his posse attacked and stole from five women in Atlanta at 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
The five women, who were visiting the city, were allegedly held at gunpoint and had their mobile devices stolen by Williams and his crew, according to AJC.com.
Hale claims that the comedian and his entourage were “flashing gang signs” while committing the crimes.
The alleged victims of the gunpoint robberies, along with Hale, are set to talk at a press conference with the Atlanta Police Department later Wednesday.
Williams was arrested on battery charges Monday, stemming from an altercation with an employee of a Georgia Leslie’s Pool Supplies store.
The comedian claimed the situation got heated after the employee used the N-word.
