Billy took to Instagram Live to share his frustrations about what he views as a troubling silence from fellow comedians, including Katt Williams, Red Grant, and Mo’Nique.

In the video, Billy alleged that Reggie Carroll was shot and killed at a home connected to Katt Williams.

He urged viewers to tag media outlets and made it clear he felt the silence was unacceptable.

Billy then identified the man arrested in connection to Reggie’s death as Tranell Williams and alleged that he may be related to Katt.

He questioned why no one at the scene helped Reggie and expressed anger over what he claimed were attempts to cover up the location.
