If I feel like they've got enough information to form an opinion of me on the subject at hand than I consider it to be very valuable.

In many cases, perception is reality, so you've got to make sure that people's perception of you match your reality of yourself.

I care to some degree when it comes from family, and my friends....(my circle of friends is very small, so I know they really my friends)When it comes to strangers, if it doesn't affect my money. I've learned, no matter what you do, everybody aint always gonna like or think highly of you, but at the end of the day, you only gotta answer to yourself. If somebody isn't bringing something positive to your life, why even care about what they think or have to say about you.

so do you guys believe people(or even you yourself) see others and form their opinion of them based on who the persons truly are, their motivations, and things they truly do? Or do people base their opinion off who they really are themselves, their own motivations, and they feel how that person should effect who they are.

Also when double checking yourself to see if others opinions are true about you. How do you verify if they are right or not?

I care to a certain extent...I won't lie, I don't "value" peoples opinion of me, but it will definitely make me look at myself again. I'll put it through my mental filter and if it's something that could help me, I do what I need. If not, just some ol gossip or "hating" then I let it fall where it may...


I've learned the older I get, that ANYTHING you do, somebody just isn't gonna rock with it. So do you stop the show for that one monkey, or do you KIM? I choose the latter most of the time. Only people's opinion who I actually care to hear about is my family and friends. Everybody else can go figure THEMSELVES out...Only listen to those who I care about or that care about me...

I only care about opinions when they are constructive.
but as far as gossip goes, I only care when my reputation is at stake. like I don't care if you talk bad about me or don't like me, but if you go farther than that and it actually affects my life, I not cool with that period.

There's two categories life and business/career
Life: 1/10. I've greatly decreased how much I care about what random people or even people I know think about me since a lot of people are miserable hypocrites who are always going to find reasons to hate. I could do one thing that they don't agree with and people will get on their high horse and try to look down on someone they barely know meanwhile they're doing all kinds of fukked up stuff in their own life. The majority of people really aren't worth much to me. I care less about what women think of me also considering I'm not a good match for majority of women and like I said most are going to find a reason to hate anyway. I can only value one woman at a time.

Business/Career: 8/10 for obvious reasons. I value my future a lot and of course I want the best opportunities for myself so having a positive reputation can go a long way towards advancing my future.
