yeah, sometimes moms would let me keep the change, but mostly she'd give me that threatening look before hand, like I want all my change back...most of the time after like 9th grade I had more cash on hand then her, so I wouldn't even bother, but when she gave me money for dinner or something, that was great as a 17 year old...$20 felt like a 100 back then.
