I was fukking around and decided to try them out every day when I walk. Never really noticed much of a change until after about a month. I bust Hulk nuts now
I'm shaking like a bytch after.
Here's the routine, only takes a couple minutes. Squeeze like you're trying to hold a piss in, but squeeze as hard as you can.
1. Squeeze 3X 1 second on 1 second off, 10 count rest; repeat 3X
2. Squeeze 1 second on 1 second off 10 X, rest 10 count
3. Repeat #2 3X
4. Squeeze and hold 8 count, rest 4 count
5. Repeat #4 4X
I think I get through the routine in 2-3 minutes. I want to pull out to see my range and only girl i go up in raw is coming over tomorrow night. I'm blasting her face like Peter North
