How much change can you effect at the AG level? Can he start trying to transform stuff at the AG level like Larry Krasner is doing as the DA of Philly? Does he even want to?
I can see how he could see himself being able to do more good in a position of state authority than as just one more vote in the House.

Friend of mine who used to work for Keith told me that he loves being on the Hill and having a national voice but he can affect things more at the state level and in coordination with other AGs around the country.
