It sounds like the harmony vocal slides he sampled on his keyboard.

Am I right? Can someone find the sample, I'm guessing first or second album...




It fits w/ Pharrell's background in the church & they did go platinum on their debut, they were known.... But which song and which section? :win:

Take 6. I'm going to "take 6" figures away from Pharrell, help me find the sample. There are 6 of ya, downloading,touring and streaming revenue aint going to bring much for any of you. :yeshrug:

At the beginning of the song, they do a countdown. It's taken from that.

This makes sense why it sounds like Take 6 because they idolized Take 6! :russ: Good ear w/ that one. I thought about Boys for a brief second but thought Take 6 did so many acapella numbers.....it would be easier to isolate something.

Oh shyt, now we can really get a payday because on presidential there is no Boyz II men credit. :lolbron: That's 2 people from the group & 1 being Michael Bivens, PLUS Dallas Austin as producer! :ohhh:

Pharrell, don't go anywhere, we got you. You didn't even give Boys II men their sample on Presidential, you gave Roy Ayers and Badboy their credits. Why you try to pull a fast one on the Boys? All of them are from Philly, I bet they get down like Beans, walking in their denim shorts. :whoo:
