What are examples of a job treating someone poorly?

I know plenty of companies out here that make their employees claim 1099 (self employed) even though they tell the employees when to show up, what to do at work, what to wear etc, and if the employee fukks up the company can fire them like bruh hows that self employed??.........and all because when an employee is 1099 you dont have to offer them benefits even if they work 40+ hrs a week and also no overtime pay increase once you over 40 hours either........and best believe they take advantage of that shyt have you working way over 40 a week


Thats how Fedex Home Delivery operates......drivers getting shorted with that 1099 shyt, plus they paying for their own routes, trucks, insurance, gas, maintenance and gotta steady work 50+ hours a week (and more during peak season) just to cover the volume of packages Fedex was giving them with no OT pay, no benefits, nothing at all SMH
