Its not obvious at all. It's rather ambiguous honestly. And his beef is with Reggie then why throw that shyt about the city or team in there anyway? Regardless of whether the question was asked of him or how, it's much more tactful ways to answer the it. He ain't no rookie with a lack of media training. That nikka knew what he was saying. It ain't about it being better to over exaggerate, it's about it not even being necessary to be added to be misinterpreted.
