This is what I was thinking. If all the richest black athletes pooled their money into a investors' group, they would have over a billion dollars and could very well buy a losing team. You might have to have a few white faces in there for appearances too.

Lebron, CP3, and Wade need to do that. Get Oprah, Tiger, Magic, black foreign investors, etc and get this done. We don't have many billionaires who could outright buy a team but we can pool resources into an ownership group. What happened to the brother who wanted to buy the Vikings? We need to own The Hawks or Falcons as black as Atlanta is.

Problem is most teams were purchased for a low price and kept in the family. Now NBA teams are going going to cost a billion. Football teams even more. We won't be able to get a deal like MJ got for the Bobcats and we don't have nepotism on our side. There's no black business juggernaut like Microsoft.

The odds are stacked against us but we have to start owning things that we create/produce/dominate.
