Those laid back 30 minute "trainer" drills are catching up to these current players later in the season.

KG speaks on how him and Paul Pierce hit sand dunes, hills, and caught pick up games without a "trainer" on hand.

These players today simply are not built for the long haul. Bougie workouts, microwave YouTube trainers, and no dedication to the game is what's the issue.

It’s due to pace, scoring style, the emphasis on motion/moving without the ball, and the amount of minutes these guys are putting on their bodies as teenagers.

No fukking coincidence that Haliburton and Tatum get hurt the year after the Olympics and both of them were on deep playoff teams this year and last year.

They barely played in the olympics though. I dont think we can blame the injuries on that.

Tatum took a false step i dont think that was because he played X amount of minutes as a teenager

minutes add up (including practice minutes and travel stress in the Olympics) and these guys are doing superhuman shyt. Things are bound to break. I don’t know why that’s hard to understand.
