It’s due to pace, scoring style, the emphasis on motion/moving without the ball, and the amount of minutes these guys are putting on their bodies as teenagers.

No fukking coincidence that Haliburton and Tatum get hurt the year after the Olympics and both of them were on deep playoff teams this year and last year.
Jordan/Pippen went to the finals, then to the Olympics that summer, and then right back to the finals the next season. Including all 82 regular season games.

These young dudes need to get rid of the 30 minute microwave trainers and get some real deal strength and conditioning in.

NBA about to get to the bottom of these career altering injuries to their superstars lol. As u can see in the above clip I posted they're already having KD promote how he doesn't fukk wit trainers like that and does more pick up ball than anything.

Where is Mike, Kobe, and Brons trainer the Guru Tim Grover??? He has been teaching core training since the 80s. Lifting, long jumps, agility all of that. Not this 30 minute light sweat shyt from some random white dude who got his foundation from various YouTube channels.

Why you're yawning it's coming to the light that these current players are doing half azzed workouts with YouTube trainers. This is where "load management" and these injuries are coming into play.

Alot of these dudes have no natural feel for the game or their bodies because they don't have the commitment to learn their bodies or the game. A bunch of trained up robots that all have the same mannerisms, conditioning, and load management protocol.
