No kidding around: Comedian Kevin Hart apparently enjoyed his spontaneous 5K run around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir earlier this month so much, he wants to hold another pop-up jog.

“Boston because it was so nice I’ve decided to do it twice... I have the day off on Saturday so I’m going to do another spontaneous 5K Run,” Hart tweeted from his official handle, @KevinHart4Real.

The impromptu run will take place at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday. Hart said he would announce the “secret location” at 5 p.m. on Friday.

This time, Hart says, he hopes to see about 500 people show up.

“I want this one to be bigger & better than our last run,” he tweeted.

“This is going to be amazing... let’s gooooo!” he wrote in another tweet.

Hart’s first spontaneous 5K Boston run, organized through social media, took place June 7 and apparently drew both runners and spectators galore.

I saw the tee-shirt of the guy running next to Kevin Hart and it made me want to start this thread to inform some of the brehs on here that is important that they partake in weekly if not daily running..

Real talk: If you can't run at least 5 miles male or female you really ain't shyt, and you need to work toward achieving this very simple and achievable goal within the next month.

A miles a day and build upon that.. Within a 2 weeks you should be up to 3 miles, and just keep building

This is me running a ten miler (in the rain) back in the day before I got sick. I still run on my own, but just not in competitions

Black Men you need to get out and run! and get some cardio in, if your not hooping or playing soccer now Its so important.

Yeah, running it addictive..

I hate it while its going on, (somewhat), but once you complete a run it gives you a feeling that you can't find anywhere else in the world, doing any other activity

And its completely healthy/necessary ..

I wish I would see more black people out here getting it in. We a naturally athletic, and don't bother using a 1/10th of our God given abilities..

Cardio>>> Weight lifting

Sprints >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 5ks

I never did sprints or ran track (I picked up running in my 20s because of co workers) but Imma still have to say: H3ll to the no

Anybody can run real fast for 20 seconds.. But the long distance running and slowly building up your endurance over time is way more rewarding..

After running 3-5 miles you have a feeling of accomplishment :blessed:

When you run a sprint you just feel tired and don't feel like doing shyt else for the rest of the day:scust:

Try running longer distances breh

Sprinting is for alpha men who want to lose fat and maintain/build muscle mass. White women and betas run long distances and evaporate their fast twitch fibers.

I been smokin for most my life

I can't run from one side of the house to the other without being gassed :flabbynsick:

Everyone "thinks" its hard to run, because the prototypical long distance runner look anoxeric, and like they've been doing it their whole lives..

But I'm telling you from personal experience no matter what kind of shape your in right if you do the bare minimum for 1 weeks time.. (half a mile a day) your body is going to respond..

You lungs are going to expand and be able to hole more air.. your muscle tone is going to start to change., and little by little you will noticed yourself being able to running further and futher, and you will start feeling more energetic day by day

Also, when you going and run, smoking a cigarette will feel like the nastiest thing in the world to you, and running will probably make you want to quit naturally

What you reall need to do is get yourself some running shoes and give it a try.

Go from :flabbynsick: to :cape:

real quick
