i don't agree with jay's point. when stern was commish, you had to dress and act a certain way in the nba. that changed because players got more bargaining rights.

so he can't say "why does the nba allow certain stereotypes and media in the league?"

he's old enough to remember when the league didnt allow it. so now players have a choice to make; do you gatekeep and say no music condoning violence and stereotypes or do you allow players and teams to creatively express themselves through these media.
