Instead of charging you $30 like Kojima did for MGS:GZ, or the $15/$20/$30 Capcom will charge you for 2/3characters/levels and makes you wait a full year to do that
They said fukk that, we'll give you basically a sequel in 6months. 8 new characters, stages, modes/etc
$20 every 6 months. And you have the option to buy single characters/levels. If you buy enough, they'll throw in the extra characters. They won't be like "Well, you should have bought this package"
