They do that here every Saturday around football season. I give em a few dollars here and there. Usually poor kids that wanna play ball, at least they're staying outta trouble

I almost exclusively give my money to these causes usually at intersections .... sports is one of the things u reflect on most when your older look back and smile at accomplishments, comroderies, stories etc.....plus it keeps them out of trouble that kid u coulda kept off the streets might be stickin u up 5 years later
