Rapper Kidd Kidd pleaded guilty to a harassment violation on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old G-Unit member was accused in July of choking ex-gal pal Maurita Robinson and shoving her into a dresser at a hotel in Manhattan.
Kidd Kidd, whose real name is Curtis Stewart, was originally charged with strangulation and assault.
But prosecutors offered him the non-criminal plea deal after his completion of a batterer's program, they said.
"Are you pleading guilty to harassment in New York County because you are guilty?" Judge Steven Statsinger asked the star as he executed the plea deal.
"Yes, sir," he said.
Stewart denied the charges from the start. He is facing similar allegations in New Orleans by the same accuser.
"We're glad the DA's office saw it the way we did, that this should not result in a criminal record," said Stewart's lawyer, Scott Leemon.
