I lived in LA for 10 years and went to that specific Roscoes damn near every-time I went to the airport in a Uber. And so did everyone else. Place was filled with cacs and civilians of all types of races.
Tourists always had a long ass list that usually included Howling Ray’s, Roscoes and In and Out etc etc. And because of that Roscoes location they’d usually hit it right after the airport or on the way home.
I always brought my out of town folk to the one in Long Beach because I wasn’t trying to pull any of my cars into that small ass lot.
