When you talk about awards you have to use subjective measures like impact, etc because everyone hears music differently.

I said in the other thread Compton has no business on that list especially instead of Wale.

RTJ2 and T&Y are definitely RAOTY contenders, but obviously they're not getting nominated cause that shyt's too radical for these cacs to palate. Especially the grammy committee, they've proven time and time again that they're completely out of touch with the masses.


The grammies aren't an award ceremony, they're an extended commercial. fukk 'em. Hope the committee gets stuck up and robbed, like they've been doing to quality artists for years.

Kinda surprised that RTJ2 didn't make it. It's not a major label release but RTJ has great management and connections to the industry...figured they'd get a nod, if only as the Grammys trying to gain some credibility with rap fans.
