With the extravagant lifestyle they live I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't have as much money as people think. Either way get her Kris.

The Bushes
Feelings hurt? You're on the internet, you mean nothing to me.:ehh: My first sentence was more then on topic, not to mention you sent a silly verbal attack this way first. If the media as a whole is not the place to get info, then how do we even know Humphries asked for this, or that Kim offered the money?:skip: As far as lacking education...you are waaaay outta your league talking to me about intelligence, ma'am. :jawalrus: just leave it alone and go do you, shorty:salute:

It's just the gold digger comments that got me :russ: who else is she going to date, you and your 40k-50k a year job?

Hate to break it to you, but when you run in a social circle you tend to date/marry in a social circle. I've not dated a woman without a college education since finishing college, and my fiancee and I both have MS.

Majority of Americans marry within their own education/income bracket.

bytch is worth over 30 million dollars.

:comeon:

:what: If this was the case then why the fuq was she working as a stylist and in a fukking BOUTIQUE before she became famous? Yep, just like Kris said on their show she really was Kimmy from down the street who was working a regular 9-5 job just like the rest of us before the shpw/sex tape leak. Btw, you should have saw the lil bungalow house the family was originally living in before they hit 'the big times'. Y'all niccas need to quit hyping this old lady up. She ain't paying you.

Kim's family wasn't rich before the sex tape. People with a shytload of money dont usually let their daughter's p*ssy be shown all over the internet :heh:

Kim's family was upper middle class. Her dad was a lawyer. Her step dad won the Olympics a while back. She grew up like most Valley girls do. They had money, but they weren't rolling like that. And I'm sure Kim's family probably mingled with real players (celebs, athletes, etc.) but, they were on the low totem pole.

If I remembered correctly, her dad cut her off for getting married to that first dude  So Kim started being a stylist. Due to the nature of her work, she got friendly with a few celebs. Started rolling with Paris Hilton and the tabloids wondered who she was. The sex tape conveniently got leaked shortly afterward :steviej: and you pretty much know the rest.

Its no comparison. They made $65 million last year. They probably only had a few million in assets before. Like I said, they had money but, they didn't have money. You have to think what kind of person would sell out their own daughter for profit. No Country Club type would. No Ivy league type would. They already have it. They're swimming in it. At that point, perception is more important. If anything, they would've made the sex tape go away quietly and discretely. Kim's mother thought they should capitalize on it. That should tell you how much money they had beforehand :heh:

Women, Men and the New Economics of Marriage | Pew Social & Demographic Trends

What I found with some quick searching, but there are other articles that are more specifically on this.

Notice the 53% of marriages where the men and women have the same level of education in 2007, and that this was 52% in 1970. So for over 30 years, the majority of Americans have married within their same education circles whether it was highschool diploma, bachelors degree etc, and thus income bracket (more than likely). Too much reality television makes women think that they can just get up, meet a millionaire and he'll save them from their crappy job.

When you make money and have an education, you run in educated monied circles.

Majority of Americans don't even have masters/professional degrees, let alone in the sciences. Yet, for a while I thought most did because everyone I dealt with had an MA or an MS. Come to find out that Blacks especially in that bracket, you are talking about 2% of the people who have those degrees who make up less than 10% of graduate level education...which in itself was something like 13% of Americans (I think-I last read about this back in 2010...so if my numbers are off :whoa: )

Most of my friends have graduate degrees and work as engineers or in the medical field or in finance. I went to a party last year for my long time homie's birthday, and every woman and man there was educated working in similar fields. I met like one woman that was a teacher, and she was uncomfortable as hell because she had nothing to talk about with anyone but me, but was there with her man at least.

I think most men on this board wouldn't want to marry a woman who wasn't earning like them anyway. We would view it as a waste of time.
