Yo, so it seems like everyone 2010 and before had some aftermarket deck/CD player, etc installed in their car (I get it in the 90's/00's since most cars didn't have CD players) but I don't see that shyt any longer except for the small contingent who build out crazy sound systems for their car (even these kinda died off).

I remember copping deck after deck - aiwa, kenwood, panasonic - in my cars after they'd inevitably get stolen the one time you didn't pop it out and put it in the glove compartment/take it with you. And when I got my 6-disc cd-changer  Then the tape or radio transmitter to play your ipod....life before the aux cord and eons before the USB port :banderas:

But yea, people still copping decks?

funny I just had this convo yesterday

about after market subwoofers, nobody knock bass like that anymore

in tha 80s I remember everybody ridin around in buckets slappin bass hella loud, no sound (treble) wut so ever :pachaha: it wuz all about how much bass you had

now everybody mobbin these luxury whips and don't fukk with any of those after market speakers

also rap has changed, there wuznt much to rap beats then but a funky ass bassline and a sample

nowdays it's a lot more aucoustic, different instruments etc, all that bass drowns out tha rest of tha sound so cats is cuttin all them subs out

Mines came with the standard tape/6cd changer deck, but I still throw in the clue and whoo kid mix tapes on cassette in the tape deck every now and then. Love the sped up sound on tapes.
