Sun is confusing events here as he's telling the story. Tupac and Q-Tip problem happened at the Source Awards year(s) before the awards were televised, and the Suge comments about Puff occurred. Pac was locked up at the time , in fact Suge mentioned that in his acceptance speech.
Don't think he did it intentionally, but he mentioned in another video from this series s that his memory is not that good anymore.

Funny thing i didn't know who King Sun was until the funkmaster flex tape in 97. I just thought the name was cold.
