Principal John Wollersheim from Rosemount High School in Minnesota is publicly taking the blame for the pep rally stunt that's since gone horribly wrong. The stunt - meant to spark energy and get students pumped for an upcoming game - backfired when blindfolded students realized they were making out with their parents.
According to reports, the stunt was meant as a prank on the team captains of the school's sport teams. It was organized by faculty and coaches and meant to be a funny stunt. The blindfolded students were expecting to be kissed by fellow students. They were tricked when their parents stepped in to do the smooching. And that's where it got a little weird.
The video shows some of the kisses lasting several seconds and others with parents who really got in to the prank. According to the Daily Mail, "One parent-child pair even moves to the gym floor, rolling around on top of one another."
In another section of the video, one mother is seen grabbing her son's hand and placing it near her rear-end. He appears to actually grab his mother's behind.
At the end of the stunt, administrators asked the blindfolded students to describe their experiences. One student said, "Um, they had luscious lips."
